How Does One Savvy Concierge Work?
One Savvy Concierge is a private personal lifestyle concierge service for clients that live in Beverly Hills or the surrounding areas. We have 3 membership plans tailored to one’s individual needs of Hourly, Weekly or Monthly. When you meet with Kimberly personally you will decide which plan might work with your needs to give you more time as time is a very precious gift.
How long has One Savvy been in business?
I have been working with individual clients making their busy lives easier for over a decade now. The enjoyment and sense of pride I get from working with a small selection of clients sparked the idea to take my potential and professionalism to the next level by building a corporation and exclusive business.
Do you have a team for your service?
I am hands on with any job I decide to take on, the first person you will meet and communicate with and the last at all times for whatever services you are in need of. My team is very skilled, detailed and organized. You will always feel you are receiving the best quality individual care and service.
How many clients do you take on per week or month?
My service is a very selective. I keep my clientele to a minimum to uphold the quality and professionalism of my services to you. Depending on the services requested at time of contract I will always limit my clientele base if needed to provide the best possible service.
How do I know if I am getting your full attention and detail?
I limit my clientele to give my full attention and detail to each client. You will always be able to reach me directly on the phone during business hours or by e-mail after hours.
What makes One Savvy different than the other Concierge Services?
Every company has their own niche. Mine is me, the first person you will meet and communicate with, the last person when your service or services are complete. A limited clientele gives me the freedom to be the only one looking after your needs and personal affairs with the help of my team.
How do you choose your clients?
I have brought on clients through personal referrals. Choosing my clients is personal. One on one meeting and location. I look for that fit, we are both on the same page, speaking the same language of what we are expecting from one another with the service or services requested.
When you have a client from overseas or out of state, how do you take care of their individual needs compared to someone who lives here?
There are no differences only in the services that are requested by the client. Everyone has their special list of things they would like and with my resources I see if I can meet those requests.
How do you handle a last-minute request for a party or tickets to a play or concert that is sold out?
Last minute can mean many things. I can always reach out to a vendor last minute but, I do not sell that I am not a specialist in last minute parties or hard to get tickets.
If there is an emergency repair are you available 24 hours and who do you use?
I am not available 24 hours a day. If we are working together I can give you a few resources to contact for specifics if something was to come up during non- working hours.
For repairs, purchases, parties, car service etc - Do you bill the client or do they provide a method of payment for each service?
I don’t provide terms or billing. However, you will receive a bid for whatever services you request and if agreed upon on the contract you will be asked to provide a form of payment to the vendor or vendors.
When you are doing a party how do you stay within budget and still give me high quality services?
I always like to get the best prices and the best quality. I only use select vendors that I have relationships with. Any bid I get will have to have your approval and it should be within budget. If it comes in higher there will always be an option for you to decide upon.
What if I have a request that is not on your service list?
I am always open to requests that are not on my service detail list. If it’s something I can do and can take on I will.
How do I know that the resources you use are the best?
The resources I use have been built over a decade on trust, professionalism and how amazing their work is.
Is it better to use your resources or for you to use the Clients' resources?
A client always has the choice to use whomever they want. However, I cannot be held accountable if a client uses their vendor who does not perform to the standard the client is accustomed to.
